We go to great lengths to deliver healthy honey bees to our customers, and we take this one step further by offering a Live Bees Guarantee on all of our live bees products.

Our guarantee covers items listed under each live bees product below. It is very important that you note what is covered by the guarantee and any steps you may be required to take. If you identify any items covered in the Live Bees Guarantee, you need to contact us immediately by email within the time frames listed. Further information, inspection results, videos and/or pictures will be required for verification.
