Live Bees Shipment & Pick-Up Schedule 2022

The bees you are acquiring may have already endured a long and stressful journey before arriving into your care. Please treat them as the living creatures that they are and consider the following:

• Transport the bees in the cargo area of a pick-up or flat-bed truck, or trailer. They will probably not survive a trip in the trunk of a car and putting them into the back seat is stressful for all and potentially lethal to the bees!
• Bring straps or rope to securely fasten the hives or nucs on your vehicle or trailer. Bees are born to fly — but not while they're inside containers!
• Bring along your bee suit and gloves; you never know when you could need them! Other beekeepers — especially those less-experienced than you — might appreciate your help at the pick-up point.
• Have your printed order in-hand or your SKU# ready to confirm your order with our staff.

Unworkable Delivery Date?

Scheduling the shipment and delivery of live bees that travel very long distances is never an easy certainty — even more so this year! If you find that you are unable to work with the assigned delivery date for your bees, we will provide you with a full refund — provided we are notified by email more than 48 hours before the scheduled time and date.
